Paypal Singapore Account Review Department Sucks…
This is one of my worst experiences and actually I do not want to remember it anymore. But I think this story could be useful if I share it with you. And no…I’m not kidding. I do not like them because they ever limited my account access. You know the reason? Simply because I made “too much money” as an affiliate. The two companies that I told to send money into my paypal account were Clickbooth and Rocketprofit.
Earlier, I always told Clickbooth and RocketProfit to send my biweekly earnings via wire transfer (direct deposit). Then one day I needed to pay some freelancers’ services with my paypal. However, as an Indonesian, I cannot upload funds from my bank account into my paypal account. My credit card itself was being limited by my bank so I couldn’t freely use it (max. usage was $1K per month).
So I thought I could just pay all of them by telling Clickbooth and Rocketprofit to send the next payment into my paypal account. Then came the bad asses soon after Clickbooth sent the biweekly payment into my paypal account. Paypal account review department suddenly limited my account access. It was written I can’t withdraw any cent nor send any payment but I can upload fund from my credit card into my paypal balance. What a joke!
Then they wanted me to proof my supplier info. These imbeciles thought I was selling some drugs and received huge amount of cash for that reason? Of course I didn’t accept this accusation. I kept sending them numerous of emails to explain that those transaction IDs were only affiliate earnings. I even already called them two times to explain it but they still ignored all of my messages, both from the phone call and from the email.
They kept forcing me to send a picture file of transaction bill for those transaction IDs. No matter how many times I told them these were affiliate earnings, they still believed I sold something fraud. Nothing worked at that time until the affiliate companies themselves called Paypal customer support (I told clickbooth and rocketprofit to help me, I told them my paypal case ID).
They finally reopened my account and now everything is as fine as heaven. However, this thing showed me how suck Paypal Singapore Account Review Department is.
